1. Policy Cancellation

A. Voluntary Cancellation

Policyholders may request cancellation of their insurance policy at any time by providing written notice to Greg Wilson Agency.
Cancellation requests must include the policyholder’s name, policy number, and the requested cancellation date.

B. Cancellation by the Agency

Greg Wilson Agency may cancel a policy in accordance with state regulations for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment of premiums or misrepresentation of information.
Written notice of cancellation will be provided to the policyholder in compliance with state laws.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for policy cancellations are subject to the terms of the insurance carrier underwriting the policy.
If eligible, a prorated refund for the unused portion of the premium will be issued, less any applicable fees or charges.
Non-refundable fees (e.g., administrative or policy setup fees) will not be included in the refund.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days of the cancellation request being approved.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

Policies canceled after the coverage period has ended.
Policies canceled for non-payment, if premium payments are overdue.

5. State-Specific Regulations

Greg Wilson Agency adheres to all state-specific regulations regarding cancellations and refunds. Policyholders are encouraged to review their policy documents for details specific to their state.
